Loved it! Needed replacement lenses in older Costco - Bullova frames. Costco had discontinued frame but was still available from Bulova, do they replaced for same price. Great customer care as always!

I came to this Costco Optical yesterday to have one of my eyeglass nose pad replaced because it fell off. Yes, I was walking around with just one nose pad for awhile LOL. And yes, my right nose is still hurting LOL. Anyway, I took a number and waited to be called. A gentleman just walked towards my way and asked how he can help. I don't think he was going by the number though... however, I was the only other customer there besides the one already being helped. I informed him that I needed one of the nose pads replaced or placed actually LOL. He offered to replaced both of them before I could even ask him. Thank you sir for the great customer service! I walked up to the optical counter. I asked Michael if I needed a number. He was too busy to even acknowledge me. I asked again, he still ignored me. Finally after waiting about 8 minutes. A very nice lady, I didn't get her name went above and beyond to help. While she was working with me, Michael came along again to open a drawer into the elder lady, and didn't even say excuse me. Not a very nice person to be representing Costco.
