Took my 6 year old daughter due to a high fever and horrible cough. Was able to schedule an appointment via online was taken back within 30 minutes after arriving. The doctor checked her and found the problem submitted the prescriptions to Kaiser for me so quickly. I was in and out before an hour. Will definitely be taking my twins here ilo Kaiser urgent care!
The staff were very friendly wait was faster than the emergency room. The care was very professional was prescribed medication and a follow-up appointment regarding my urine test results. I highly recommend.
Always professional and they actually listen to you. It’s an older building, but still very clean. I’ve been going to this one for years. Bonus: you can do a virtual visit as well.
