I needed to find a place to get a cleaning for a leather purse and this place was the first one that popped up. The owner greeted me and helped me out. She called me within 2 days to let me know the purse was ready. I picked them up and they look brand new! The service there was 10 out of 10. Would definitely come back here again!

This she store is in the heart of Old Town Monrovia, directly across from the VONS plaza (Baskin Robbins, Chase Bank etc.) This is a local staple which has been in the area for decades. It not only repairs shoes, but, sells diy supplies (leather dyes, shoe laces etc.). Parking could be limited at certain times. The service was welcoming and prices were fair.

Zep and her husband are good people. They do excellent work and stand by it! I took my shoes in to get re-soled. I word them to work and noticed a part of the new sole was separating from the shoe. I took them back and Zep deeply apologized. She had her husband re-do the soles at no cost to me. They have been in Monrovia for over 20 years and do solid shoe repair!
