was desperate to find someone to stretch out brand new boots i ordered online for a weekend event on a Wednesday...the zipper wouldn't even go halfway up my calves...i find Joe at DSR.. and call to let him know my issue, and how fast i needed them done (before friday) he was honest about how much a boot could be stretched... which would not have been enough, and then offered solutions.. he said just come in now and let's see... luckily he said he'd have some materials on hand he could use to add extra leather on the calf to fit! although it was not the exact color (bone white) he said he could paint it to match as close as possible... My Sister has Used this Shoe Repair Service for Years, She has Always been Pleased with Joe's Work. I Took 1 Pair of Wedge Boots & 1 Pair of Slingback Heels to Joe to have Him Change a Piece on the Heels of Each Pair of Shoes, Because the Shoes Heel was Slippery on Smooth Surfaces. On the Slingbacks I had him add an Elastic Piece because the Shoes were too tight Also, He added a Second Elastic Piece towards the Inside of the Shoe. The Slingbacks turned out Great, They Feel Very Good on My Feet Now, No Tightness at all. Boots came out like new again, put on some great vibran soles. Just look at the pics, great customer service, fast turnaround for the repair. Definitely recommend you come here for all your shoe repair needs.
