“I contacted Donna at ConceptuaLine after finding her website on the Internet. I needed a computer graphic artist to transform some hand drawn scientific images into symmetric illustrations. I talked to her on the phone and E-mailed the drawings to her. She got back to me quickly. She was able to do the job and gave me a reasonable quote. I agreed and sent her a deposit for half the quote since we had never worked together before. I needed 18 illustrations. She sent me the first few illustrations in a few days. The looked great! There were only a few minor corrections due to my poor handwriting. I needed the rest of the drawings within a couple of weeks. She was able to meet the deadline with beautiful drawings. She made a few minor corrections again due to my handwriting. I received great illustrations in jpeg as I wanted and in PDF.
