Dr. Balacuit is the type of doctor you look forward to your visits. I greatly appreciate how quickly I receive my prescriptions, referrals, etc. and their generous kindness and care.

I called at 4pm and went to answering service which 0 iq to start off with and on top of that, I asked to call me back regarding to scheduling yearly check up but never heard from them. Not easy to get hold with . Lunch time, break time.etc...4 pm no one answering the phone. Must be short staff. Doctor is nice, the rest not so much.

Dr. Donald has been my doctor for over 20 years. He is kind and professional and really does care about his patients. He and his staff are outstanding and always get the job done right. I appreciate them!
