I had my first appointment at LRs a couple of days ago, with Dr. Rachel Morse. I am so relieved, after horrendously abusive services from DHMC, to have a new PCP who listens with compassion and engages me in my own plan of care. What a wonderful experience. Amazing staff, including the attending nurse, Alison, and the receptionists. So happy to finally feel like I'm a valued person/patient, that my life matters.
