Bravo! The technician (forgive me for not remembering his name) was wonderful. He was very patient as I had a couple of services taking place at the same time.
My rug and draperies came out good, considering I have 2 Yorkies that have all but destroyed them with their small bodies. He applied stain remover and the results were satisfactory, much better than pre-treatment/cleaning. I was happy that discounts were applied and there was no hard pressure up-sale for services.
I definitely recommend and will be a repeat customer as needed.
