Today July 9, 2026 11:05 Still late by 1/2 hour coming in from out of town and the doctor refused to see me. Dr. Talin Khachatoor Sarkissian. I get it I was late. First time ever after years of coming to eye appointments around different cities at Azul buildings. BUT…. I could have an appointment so they can bill Optum but not see the doctor! Huh? Nope! Not a chance. We must punish 70 year old women for being 1/2 hour late and all customers really. I should have slept in the parking lot the night before! lol as Doctors can always be late, always 15 minutes to an hour. You would think the doctor had a few extra minutes as she had 2 patients to see earlier, 10 minutes, and the 5 minutes of time when she sees you would be kind and respectful. Nope. Not here. So I have an appointment 6 weeks from now. Do you think she will be kind and do my eye drop refill, which helps very much with my brain growth for some reason. We shall see….. I went back in to the office and got an appointment very soon with Dr. Wong! Love her!
Today, Sept. 22, 2022 I saw Dr. V for the first time in Monrovia for a quick check of 1 eye until I have a corrective procedure in Nov. Yes, I have to wait 3 1/2 months for the correction. Anyway, No wait, he was on time, quick, efficient and a nice guy. I appreciate that professionalism very much as my time is very valuable too.

Dr Villegas was attentive, addressed all of my Concerns, and re-assured that my eyes were ok. He also referred me to an Oculoplastic surgeon for a consultation.

I wasn't going to come on here and leave a review as I had tried to get a hold of the office manager to discuss my concerns. I tried calling multiple times and was put on hold every time, longest was over 20 minutes. I then thought I would try corporate but they hung up on me twice, not even letting me speak. So here we are. I took my 90 year old mother in as she was experiencing some double vision in one of her eyes. My mom lives independently and still drives, often up to Big Bear and back in a day. She has been driving since she was 12 years old (a farm girl) and has never had a ticket or accident. The Doctor she saw yesterday was rude and dismissive. He didn't even address the issue. He told her "Your 90 stop driving, the vision issue us probably because you're tired." This is rude, unacceptable, unprofessional and ridiculous. He had zero respect or professionalism. Do not take your family to him.
