My family has been receiving dental care w Arcadia Pediatrics for over 20 years. When my son was a toddler, Dr Eddie and his dental assistant Karla helped my traumatized toddler relax and feel comfortable with dental care. Their gentle manner and relaxed environment built a trusting relationship for a lifetime. Dr Eddie, Dr Tom, and Dr Cindy explain everything they are doing in detail. Dr Eddie even hummed his way through the procedures with my kids, which further reduced any stress. Dr. Eddie is fine. The form for the parens to fill out is too intrusive. Why would you need my birthday and especially my SS#? If there's a data breach and someone gets my info and wrecks my credit, will you take responsibility and cover all losses as well as something punitive for future difficulties?
We had our first visit today with Dr.Brian. My daughter is 1 years old. The entire team was so welcome and kind. Dr. Brian took the time to answer all my questions and show us the best way care for my daughters teeth.
