This was my first AND last time here. To start, the customer service was great. Everyone was very friendly and helpful so there's no issue there. My main issue is the reason why I was there, to get my car washed inside and out. I understand it's not a car detailing, but I expected some of the more obvious dirty parts of my interior to be cleaned off. I had to go through and clean up obvious and easily cleaned off scuffs. The cup holders were still filthy and other areas were still covered in dust. There is an extra cost to have them clean your mats and those weren't even clean, they were likely just vacuumed and that's it. Stopped by this morning, my car was particularly dirty! Driving back and forth on a ranch will do that but they did it again. Car looks pristine. There were some little red marks and black marks from buildup, all gone when I picked it up. Always impressed and everyone is so nice. Did the full service wash, Rigo did an excellent job. And you can get a giacomos coffee while you wait! Great combo.

I usually will not complain about a service and am very understanding but I'm so frustrated with the service this time! I'm 38 weeks pregnant and came here so I could have a nice clean car when baby arrives here soon. The outside was done nicely and when I asked for them to redo the rims they did a wonderful job but the inside not so much which is what I was really looking forward too! I feel like they did not even clean the inside at all and I did not get my moneys worth.
