If you are a Contractor looking for employees or a journeyman millwright looking for contracts, I'D HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are facing major issues from the upper levels of management, all the way to their talent recruiters. The company has extremely poor OPs and some of the worst turnover rates. I was recently in ND on contract when I received a call about a "month long PW job" back home. After sending over my credentials for verification and over 7 phone calls between two different recruiters, I was told to head home with a Friday start date.
