Vic has been my barber since he was at the barbershop in Ceres for about two years now. He has been the best barber I've ever had. His fades are super crisp, and he cuts hair not to his style but according to your request. His professionalism is also one of the best qualities about him. For weddings, birthdays, and everything important he has never once cancelled on me.
