Great experience in the Urgent Care @ Sutter on Coffee Rd. In @ 1:30, 10 patients ahead of me, was out of there in about a little over an hour after an X-Ray. Thank you to all the staff, LVN's, X-Ray techs, and Doc for the treatment.
Everyone was helpful and friendly, especially Monica, the PA who treated me. She was so very helpful and considerate. I was diagnosed, and an antibiotic was prescribed. I was more that satisfied with my treatment there. Note: There was a very long waiting list because it was a Sunday before Christmas. Just like in the ER, they have triage nurses who check you out initially and decide who needs to be seen first. This means that if there are people with more serious problems, your wait may be longer. The staff is very good about keeping you informed about your wait.
Sutter Urgent Care - Modesto is so easy to access from Lucern Ave with a signal lite at Coffee Road and Sutter Urgent Care is right across the intersection. It only took a few minutes to get sign and a few more minutes to be called into the observation room and meet with my doctor. Easy-peasy.
