Do not go to this emergency room they are the worst hospital I’ve ever seen. I’ve had terrible experiences my daughter-in-law too. They just stick you out in the lobby and do a bunch of tests. They never get back to you and then they send you home and you have to go back two and three times before I finally a doctor will listen to you. It’s the worst hospital. They need to get a new director of that hospital because it sucks how they treat people. And I would give you a -5 if I could
Poor . Lack of detail in billing. Something is missing in the details. Is it time, effort? Is it the not my job syndrome? Is there to much work and not enough qualified people to do it?
We brought our very spry and independent 85 year old father in after sustaining a fall on a hill and rolling down the hill. He is on a blood thinner (Eliquis) and complained of left shoulder and hip pain and was unable to stand or move. Upon arrival we needed assistance getting him out of the car and into a wheelchair. He was in a homemade arm sling made out of a piece of material from home. He was placed in a c-collar in triage and was left in the lobby for 5 hours in his nasty dirty homemade arm sling. They couldn't even bother to put him in a more comfortable sling. 5 hours in the lobby without so much as a Tylenol for pain. He suffered in pain for 5 hours. 5... read full review
