Staff members, such as Jordan Lacoste, demonstrate patient, kind, considerate, professional, and knowledgeable care, exceeding expectations. The gift shop, while not open immediately, offers a clean environment. Patients receive good care, and staff are great and very nice, explaining procedures and showing understanding and concern. The hospital's public restrooms are clean, with the exception of water pressure. Overall, the Sutter Emergency Medical Association provides quality care and attention to its patients.
