My husband's company switched insurance companies abruptly and I had a previously scheduled doctors appointment and had not received my new insurance card. I had a prescription that needed to picked up and no ideas if I was even at a preferred or out of network pharmacy. I called Struck and spoke to a lovely woman named Kayla who not only made sure I had my information, but she also called my pharmacy to make sure there were no problems with my information or prescription.
