Before visiting this time, I attempted to schedule my appointment online. I tried several times to no avail. Then I called and was told that they couldn't take phone reservations (even for an established customer who is already in your system.) She said I would have to contact your tech folks. I ask, how many barriers to entry do you need to have to be happy folks? Thankfully, it was a slow day (see above perhaps?) and your staff member was able to get me in the chair in reasonable time. Most people would not have wanted to suffer with several roadblocks to getting a cut and still come back but rather find an easier way to get it done. I had a great experience at Sport Clips. I purchased the MVP package. Alicia was skilled in both clippers and scissors. It is hard to find someone that can do both. The hot towel and scalp massage after the cut are very relaxing. Sport Clips added an aroma therapy level to the hot towel, which was a surprise and welcomed. The shoulder massage draws the appointment to a close. I was a customer, left to try another service provide, and I habe returned. I have learned that there is value added for all of the services provided.

Had shawna cut my boyfriend's hair and she was so great i had to go back. Had her cut my hair as well and she did an amazing job. She works great with long or short hair and cuts lots of different textures. Her experience shows in her cuts and i would recommend booking with her. The online check in is definitely the way to go!
