If I could give it zero stars I would. Healthnet called to schedule an appointment with them for me. I came in today for my appointment requested the day off of work just to come in and they stated I was in their system but had no appointment. I spoke to a manager and not only did she seem uninterested in helping me, but she also was rude and spoke over me and was rushing me out of there. They need new workers or to shut this place down.

I come here and NEVER had a problem with Dr. Trammel or his staff... Everyone is awesome here. I think it's just those people who don't get there drug fix that have issues here. But my whole family come here and friends. And we love them.

I have been a patient of this center for about a year now. It started because I was in a car accident and they REFUSED to see me until I took my lawyer's information in. I was in a large amount of pain, but they still refused to see me. I finally got a lawyer and my lawyer faxed their information over so that I could be seen. I called to make an appointment, showed up at the time of the appointment, and was very rudely told that I would not be seen. They had not received the information from my lawyer is what they told me. I filled out a lien for them and told my lawyer about it. My lawyer said that SHC just wanted more money and that is why they were giving me the run around and had me fill out the lien. I wasn't given any steps on how to figure out what was going on and the treatment I needed for my injuries until February, SEVEN MONTHS LATER, when they finally received the information about the x-rays and tests that were done in the hospital the day of the accident. Then, all of the sudden, it became a priority to get me taken care of. They scheduled an MRI, a physical therapy consultation and I was told that I would receive a call from a neurosurgeon to schedule an appointment. Tomorrow is a year since my accident and I have gotten the MRI, went to the physical consultation and NEVER got a call from a neurosurgeon, even thought I've mentioned it to SHC quite a bit. I am in a large amount of pain every day and am at a loss about what to do, since my lawyer can't step in on my behalf at this point. I tried calling as often as I could to get this taken care of, but I am often placed on a 10+ minute hold. I've witnessed first hand how the front desk ladies tell someone that there is a patient on the phone in front of them or that they will be put on a brief hold, yet the ladies at the front desk don't have anyone else on the line. They just sit there, talking to each other, while patients sit on hold for no reason. It is so frustrating to feel like I am nothing but a walking piggy bank to them. Their customer service is horrible and have always been treated very rudely by all but two of the ladies there.
