Technician was great, however CHOICE HOME WARRANTY refused to replace broken part that Francisco reported as a safety hazard!! I have grandchildren running by the broken door cover when they need to use the restroom!! Will NEVER contract with CHW again!!!

I always have my washer and dryer at sears and was completely satisfied with my product. Curtis was a great service representative and explained what was going on with my washer and dryer. And completed the in a matter of time.
