My son is three years old and has had at least 8 haircuts with the owner Xochitl. Every time he comes in for his appointment, she has a bright smile and a warm welcome. She takes her time and talks to him during the entire haircut, giving him praise for how well he's doing in the chair, which encourages him to continue. His haircut always looks great, but the best part is the care and attention she shows him. She is a complete natural with kids and it shows. Typically, when he is done with his haircut, he goes around to the other ladies and shows off his new hair. They all give him an amazing response.
I like my haircut after requesting for another hairdresser. Not friendly enough, as the more experienced hairdresser was getting annoyed with her ending up cutting my hair according to what I requested. She refused to receive the tip to show how I approached her skills, however I still give tip to the other inexperienced hairdresser after trying her best.

I went to Jessica to get highlights, and she did an amazing job! She was helpful, friendly, professional, and she was able to give me just what I wanted.
