Honestly for me, Robert Half is the best agency in the San Joaquin Valley area. They have very competitive salaries, they are very responsive, punctual in payments, the team is awesome. I used to work for a company for more than one year, and they are asking how am I feeling, how the things are going. I have been working with other temp agencies and they just "deposit" like a check at the workplace and don't ask you about nothing. Robert Half team used to go to your job place with details and gifts (does not matter if you have been hired for the company), all my partners are green on envy jajaja when they see my details, just for me. Their temps do not do things like that. They have the best communication with the company who hired you as well. They make that you can feel like at home and supported, like your relatives, for me they are like a family. I have more identity with the agency than with the company who hired me :). If the companies pay some commission to the agencies, this agency deserves each penny that they earn. Thank you Robert Half for help me starting in this country.
