Honest and professional! Came here because I thought my son needed teeth pulled therefore would eventually need braces. Informed us he did not in fact have teeth crowding and his teeth didn't need braces! Staff were amazing and kind, also gave us great info on the situation we were inquiring about.

I recently finished my ortho treatment and let me tell you!!! Dr Ha and his team are the best! They definitely take care of you and make you feel welcome. I'm so glad I was referred to Rise Ortho. You will not regret coming here! Every step of the way Dr Ha is more than willing to answer any and all questions and is such a down to earth, chill, genuine person! The staff welcomed us in with a smile, the clinic is very clean. I also noticed on the wall they acknowledge my daughter and welcoming her in with only using her first name! As parent I think that very sweet, and still private. Also few days before her appointment they sent a friendly personal text introducing the staff that would assist her “Alejandra” very personal way to anticipate the first visit, which I have yet seen before at any other appointments else where! Great communication.
