THEY CLOSED DOWN PERMANENTLY I'm saddened I've been coming for 4 years and I lost my glasses over the weekend, so definitely was not expecting to have to find A new optometrist.

This place is the worst! I had to reschedule my appointment because my mother in-law was in the hospital dying! But they said that things happen, and that I had to wait 2 more months!

Find another optometrist, this place will only disappoint you. They never answer the phone, mailbox is always full, and if they tell you they'll call you back or add you to the waitlist, don't hold your breath. The doctor himself is lazy, when testing for contacts instead of the standard "better with one, or better with two" to determine your exact prescription, he'll order you a sample pair with a slightly higher prescription than what you currently have, which you'll also have to wait 3 weeks for, then test them out to see if they work based on his guess-timate, and if they don't, you have to repeat the process until finally, maybe in another month or two, you get a pair of sample contacts that suit your new prescription, which you then have to go back to the office for to order your 6 month/1 year supply. I've been a patient here for a year, and I regret wasting my time.
