Had an appointment of 1pm-4pm and nobody showed up. They were supposed to call 1/2 an hour prior to arriving but nobody ever called. Dispatch claims the service person called and left a message which I never received either a missed call or any message. My phone is always with me 24/7 365. Wife took the day off just to make sure someone was home and I also got off early to be there.
Rude and unprofessional. Showed up 6 hours late. The owner was the rudest, most uncouth, obnoxious man we have ever met. Within 5 minutes of meeting him we decided that it was worth waiting another week for hot water rather then deal with this him. Honestly don't waste your time or money.
Bad service, tells homeowners one thing and the home warranty the opposite. Would not recommend this company.
