I've been coming here since I was a senior in high school the last time I went I was left amazed and felt so beautiful. Janessa, you did such an amazing job and you're so talented. Her teacher I believe if I remember Tabitha (sorry if it's mispelled) she is blonde-- she is so sweet. The sweetest instructor I've seen there. She was there for Janessa with any question she had. However, I've been there multiple times before. I do wish the instructors and teachers were more there for the students. I wish they complimented them more - because that's what they deserve. My second experience getting a hair cut at this establishment. 1st time was great! Today not so much! . The girl was a couple of weeks from graduation and honestly I thought I was her 1st cut. She clearly was out of her element and was very insecure of her skills. I asked for long layers and that never happened. Towards the end of the cut I asked when she was going to layer my hair and she did a few cuts in the back only. Never offered me a mirror to view the back of hair. Also, she did not listen to the length I wanted and left me with what she thought was good. I asked for bangs and I still can pull the front of my hair down to my lips, so NO bangs! I normally have a great experience and my last experience was no exception, but please please please focus more time to teach the students that you can NOT cut layers the same in fine hair as you do coarse hair. I thought I was going to be okay because the girl who did my hair verbally noticed that I have fine hair and I asked for long layers. I ended up with very chunky and blunt layers and my hair texture makes it very visible. PLEASE TEACH LAYERS FOR FINE HAIR.
