This place is awesome, Gary, Michele, Eric, Nacho, and Dusty’s are continually encouraging, have a great attitude, and spirit, and are always ready to help, without them I probably would not still be in business, they have helped teach and guide me from the time I knew absolutely nothing about irrigation and they didn’t treat me like a nobody, but like a somebody that had value….. they are awesome, it’s hands-down the number one place I’ll go to for any landscape irrigation supplies….

I called Normac and reached a man named Eric. Told him the problems I faced with my Hunter Pro- C irrigation system control box and how my sprinkler system went off sometime in the past week of 100 degree weather. Murphys Law I was away at a wedding and came home to a garden turned into a desert. I was beyond disbelief and totally upset. Eric's voice authentic and clear. He spent over an hour working with me to determine the problems. We re set the controller. And, then the following morning I waited to see if system started up. Sadly, it did not. Really nice and courteous counter help. Jack from John Deere sent me over here. They seem to have a large inventory. Clean place. Knowledgable service. They are real busy...people keep coming band going, so they must provide a valuable service.
