Awesome place. The wait time for a non-appointment walk-in was not bad at all. Once I was called back, I was diagnosed within 5 minutes and prescribed some medications, which helped me get over the chest congestion/cough I had been suffering from for weeks. Big thanks to Dr. Mattos-Perry and staff!
Very professional and caring staff. They are always so kind and helpful. I love this urgent care. The facility is so nice and well kept. Clean and I love how the staff decorate the office. It's a very calm environment.
Have been here 3 times now, for myself & for 2 of my kids. Very different reasons, and we received excellent care each time. (All on Sundays, when I couldn't get us in to the regular doctor's office) The longest wait we've had was about 40 minutes. One time in particular, I had brought my son in for a bad ear infection, and they asked if he had any other symptoms. At that time, he did not. Between the time they asked me that question, and the time they got to us, he had developed a fever and he felt nauseous. As they were taking his temperature, he threw up. I was overwhelmed & felt so bad, because I had told them no other symptoms. They were incredibly understanding though, and handled it very well. The entire office is super clean, from the waiting room to the patient rooms. I prefer this place to my kids' regular pediatrician's office, to be honest. Would highly recommend for anybody needing urgent care.
