I waited 45 minutes after my appointment time just to start the eye tests process and then had to wait additional 15 minutes before the eye doctor came in..a bit of a long process. The staff was friendly and Dr. Kahn was great.

Appointment was at 0800, doors don’t open until 0800. I checked in and waited 15 minutes to do the pre testing. Waited another 15-20 minutes for the doctor. This is not acceptable for a first appointment of the day. Also, the optician was out to give me prices on my lenses and two messages and four days later I still have not heard from the office.

I saw Dr Kahn. His staff was excellent and friendly. Dr Kahn gave a great personal eye exam, discussed my eye health and treatment plan. Being the first appointment after lunch I still had to wait an hour to be seen by the doctor. If I had shown up for my appointment that late *i* would have been turned away. They are frequently running behind schedule, but do good work.
