Finding an honest HVAC tech is priceless and Scott is an absolute rarity in today's HVAC world full of salesman pretending to be techs.You're not going to be told "time to buy everything new" like a large portion of HVAC companies do because Scott is onboard with actually fixing the issues and taking care of his customers. CUSSED OUT WHEN MAKING A COMPLAINT ABOUT SERVICE! A waste of time and when we called to make a complaint to the shop, my husband was cussed out. Extremely unprofessional. The technician's name was Jacob. At first, it was fine. He showed up early at 8 am and was nice. The appointment took 2 1/2 hours and NOTHING was done. He kept walking around the house, staring blankly at the thermostat. He asked if the batteries had been changed and repeatedly told me nothing was wrong. My husband, who works in sheet metal, called him while Jacob was still here and asked him to check the duct work in the attic (this is part of the home warranty) He poked his head in the attic.... read full review
