The booking process at Lux beauty was simple and quick. When I called in the receptionist was so helpful in answering all of my questions and they were patient and informative! They were even kind enough to let me know about some spring specials they were hosting which lead to significant savings. During our phone call I booked my appointment to get my lip filler by Erica. I was greeted the morning of my appointment by friendly staff and Shawna walked me back to start the numbing process. She was so friendly and helpful! Getting my injections by Erica was a dream! She listened to the look I was trying to achieve and she was so detail oriented. She really took the time to make sure my lips turned out perfect! They gained a loyal customer and I will be coming back for more filler in the future.
