I have never, in my 48 years of owning homes, and there have been 14 of them, have I encountered an inspection so thorough. He even found a screw missing off of a switch plate in an area we use every day. His little tracked RC with 4K GoPro camera mounted went into every nook and cranny looking for anything that could be a possible problem. Highly knowledgeable on CA rules and regulations.
