I wish I could give a ZERO star. They promised me the world and I had the internet installed for 3 hours and it was AWFUL!!!! I had to call them 3 times to convinced them that they SUCKED. They wouldn't come get their equipment and I would have to pay them to come get it. This company delivered absolutely NOTHING but then was charging me for the ZERO service on top of that. DO NOT call these people. Customer services is horrible!!!!!

I had an absolutely horrendous experience with this company. Terrible customer service. Inflexible. Stay away. All the reviews online talk about how bad the connectivity is (so be forewarned of frustration on that front), but my experience was on the customer service side. So many half-trained people, giving you incorrect information, sitting on hold for hours trying to get what seemed like a straight-forward request, of cancelling service done. I needed to cancel on behalf of my elderly disabled father who had a health decline and needed to leave his home and therefore no longer needed service. Never use this horrible service, pretty much lie about everything and make it so you can’t leave unless you pay 400 dollars for a contract termination fee, I got scammed so don’t get scammed yourself.
