Hired twice, disappointed twice, had someone else finish the job twice. We bought a small, older home 4 years ago. The air conditioner went out on in the summer, 104 degrees outside. DeHart told us we needed a new unit, cost 15K. I decided to get a second opinion, the second opinion fixed our air conditioner for under $600.00, and it still works great to this day. It runs all day right now because I have no attic insulation at the moment. Which leads to my next story . The 2nd time we used them was few months ago. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with this company. They were professional, courteous and got the job done in a timely manner. They blew a thick layer of insulation in our attic and it's made a world of difference! Successive days of triple digit weather and our house stays cool. I'm just sorry I didn't call them sooner!

I contacted Greenhart for an evaluation on the insulation at my home. I received the visit from Mike (Sales Manager) that came to my home and went into the attic and evaluated the my situation. As soon as he was done he sat down with me and my wife and went over everything he found. Provided a cost with rebates from PG&E that hey would handle. I was very please with his approach, no pushy sales person. We agreed to just go with Greenhard/Dehart and soon after that we schedule the work. On service day, a team of 3 gentleman arrived 10 minutes prior to the scheduled time and went over all the work they were going to do.
