Cat is SO good at what she does. I've never been so pleased, and consistently so, with any hairdresser. She does the best highlights I've ever seen! I have fine and thin hair and like to keep it long, and have had issues with hairdressers not knowing how to handle fine and thin hair and/or cutting off more than necessary.
