am writing because I went to a practice in your network. The PCP I chose at FCPP was Dr. DePaz. It should all be available in my records. Dr. DePaz misdiagnosed me with hypothyroidism for almost 3 years with many Normal TSH Results in his possession. I never tested for hypothyroidism. I suffered seizures during these almost 3 years. I had to nearly start wearing a helmet when I was alone. I couldn't drive and I could not earn an income. I was fully disabled and rapidly headed toward death. I lost nearly 100 lbs in months. My body lost all muscle mass. I went from a hearty, healthy 230 lbs to 139 lbs. I am 6'1". K was dying. I heard Dr. DePaz's Nurse Practitioner my heart was below 60. He said to take it again. Being frightened, my heart rate climbed back over 60. This doctor must be evil. He was a dark force. Because of the seizures, I was also misdiagnosed with and treated for epilepsy. I understand that epilepsy medications are not supposed to be taken with levothyroxine. I was prescribed both, but my body needed neither. I was dying. My body has been racked with pain from falling all over my home while seizing. The Endocrinologist, Dr. Bassi, was the first doctor to tell me I was misdiagnosed. It took her ten seconds. She met me and said, "You have been misdiagnosed..." She abandoned this patient after I tested Normal on the TSH proving she was correct. I had been misdiagnosed. She will not speak to me about possible long term effects. She did not even allow me to respond to electronically correspondence. It's terrifying to be abandoned and sick. I had to choose a new doctor at the same practice because I needed help right away and I know they are in network. I chose Dr. Kennedy. I have begged her for help to get tests. I have asked her to help me with bone density tests, asked about the danger of being prescribed levothyroxine. Dr. Kennedy told me that there is nothing wrong. I don't need to worry. I am worried. Levothyroxine is a strong medication. I fear that the damage done to my muscles over my entire frame was also done to my heart. Levothyroxine abuse causes bone density issues and myocarditis. Dr. Kennedy is medically gaslighting me. There is a Black Box Warming for Levothyroxine. It is dangerous and my life has been disregarded. If is my understanding that this medical gaslighting happens most often to women and Gay men like me. FCPP has disregarded my life. At FCPP, I was misdiagnosed with two disease, mispredcribed and treated for two misdiagnosing, abandoned by endocrinologist then medically gaslighted by a doctor who would have given me more medical attention if I had said I am a drug abuser stealing Levothyroxine. She acts though I should not care what a medical professional did to my body. It's physically obvious. It's all evidenced-based facts but still she GASLIGHTS me. I a Please help me know this will receive attention. This Dr. DePaz should not have a medical license. Look at my records. It should ALL be there.

This place is a joke. They just want the money without doing what they're supposed to. The receptionist Kim is very RUDE and Dr. Sai is unexpierienced and prejudice against any patient who is overweight.

Dr Abbas's Is a very condoling doctor. Doesn't listen to the patient. And walks out on the patient and leave them sitting there. No inclination that we are done with the appointment. I would like to change my doctor. I've had enough of this. Very rude to a patient and doesn't even take on the responsibility.of blood pressure like supposed to blames it on Cardiolagy
