This place is great! It takes a bit to get used to the intense work outs but they're great and the post-workout burn is awesome. I subscribed to the fighter fit program which includes classes for kickboxing, powerboxing, and boxing, etc. Each class has it's own flow, so I reccomend trying them all to see which one you like best. I am a personal fan of the kickboxing and the powerboxing classes. Great gym,

My daughter has been coming to Dynamic Mixed Martial Arts for a few months now and she loves it!!! She's 7 and has learned so much! The owners are amazing so kind and welcoming. The instructors are incredible and great with their students. I highly recommend Dynamic to anyone of any age to come join the Dynamic Family!! Its the best love love love!!!

My daughter is new to Martial Arts and just completed a trial for Muay Thai. The class and the instructor, have been nothing less than amazing with her. Patient, helpful, and welcoming. She felt comfortable the entire time and on top of that, the instructor is bad a*** confident, and encouraging!! I want to join now too! (Future goals) Lol. Also, the staff there is kind and professional. Very pleased with every aspect of Dynamic MMA.
