I wish to share, that we at Franklin & Downs Funeral Homes, sent 10 flags to be pressed. The flags were all beautiful, crisp, and ready to honor a soldier that had served our country. I went to pay the invoice and there was no charge. We appreciate the honor, care, and concern they displayed in their act of kindness and service to others.

Great Service and professional staff, but I wish they didn't write the name in permanent marker on the inside of my clothes. Seems to be a practice at certain dry cleaners that don't use tags.I've requested them not to write on my clothing, and if it happens again, then I will not return for services.

Customer service is very important to me so when I receive excellent service I think it's important to give credit when due. Upon entering Del Rios I was immediately greeted by Cazandra who assured me that my items would be taken care of. I used the service of their Tailor and also cleaning of a comforter. Great job on both! I will be using them in the future. Both Cazandra, Sandy and the Tailor did an excellent job.
