Sent my taxes like I normally do they needed information about my property in Oregon sent that to them they sent my taxes back without being done and without explanation of why they couldn't do it very disappointed in this business as they've done my taxes before and now things have changed without any explanation They've done my taxes before In Oregon and California apparently In Oregon and California apparently They're not a full service tax service anymore I cannot Recommend them anymore

Absolutely the worst place I have went to. Most unprofessional, unhygienic, disgusting and unorganized tax office I have ever been in. The lady Allison at the front desk was by far the worst that was doing nothing but smoking cigarettes at the front desk while I had my kids with me. I had to leave immediately as I did not want to expose my kids to that kind of disgusting and unhealthy environment. I’m surprised this office has not been shut down by its lack of professionalism and poor sense of urgency.
