We've had Karen and her staff do our personal and small business taxes for several years--and kept using their services after we moved out of the area! Karen is so knowledgeable and ensures that everything is accurate, while saving us as much money as possible. Another reviewer notes a staff member with facial piercings, as if it's a negative thing. We've always felt that the professional service we've received from all of the staff, as well as the varied backgrounds they all have, keep them informed of the concerns and needs of the communities they serve.
