I have worked with this office for 12-13 years and over the years referred a lot of people to Mr. Bettencourt. Unfortunately it has steadily gotten worse for the past 3-4 years. Many messages are getting missed, calls not being returned and after weeks of leading on completely cut us off and failed to file some returns on our behalf.In 2021 an extension was filed and everything was provided over the summer only to have him tell me we failed and the returns were filled late costing me a $4500 penalty. He has failed to handled himself well and caused us a lot of money and issues, customer service is no longer a focus for this office, very frustrating!
