Wish all medical office & our primary care dr office were like this McHenry location & staff. Front staff were friendly but little interaction.

Blood draw by Susan was painless. She is very friendly & made EM relax for the visit & laughing, yet professional. Susan is very much an asset to the AllCare Medical group & makes you want to come back for blood work again.

Dr Fatema was very easy to understand, talk to & she explained where we could understand the results. Also Very much an asset to the AllCare medical group.

Look forward to return in 1 year & hope the 4 we had today we get again.

The nurses or associates what ever they are called are fantastic. Very friendly, very professional and absolutely fun to be around. Both my wife and I at a great experience this past Tuesday. Kudos to management.

This is the first time coming to this establishment. Wasn’t to friendly once walking in. Can’t rate the whole group for one bad apple. Hopefully the nurses and doctors have better common courtesy and just plain good manners and kindness.
