yes, even though I've only had one visit to Alicia's. I'm definitely giving five stars. She made me feel very comfortable. Answered all my questions. I left her feeling confident to return to have her do electrolysis to my face. It was wonderful even to go to an event that evening knowing that I didn't have to worry about people looking at my chin hair sticking out lol. Her prices are very reasonable and she has a very clean environment with the cold weather. It was nice being on a nice warm blanket. I will be returning many times.

She will make you feel very comfortable and is willing to accommodate you in any way that she can. I'm very picky and want things done a certain way and she never makes me feel bad about it.
