Absolutley horrible service, had a system installed and had to have them return on multiple occasions to fix their brand new unit that eventually completey quit working. When called out the last time stated that wires were rubbing on the motor and shorted the motor. He claimed it wasn't a warranty issue, and when confronted with his own signed installers checklist which clearly states the wires needed to be tied up to prevent this failure he said he would take care of it. He removed the motor and never returned, will not return calls, emails, etc. a total crook! If it were possible to give a negative amount of stars he would get just that. Service is top notch! Where a (not to be named) company wouldn't stand behind there install (about 2 yrs ago), he stepped up and made it right. Brad will be our only call if we ever have issues again. Definitely recommending him to friends and family.
