We purchased a new house in Irvine and we needed a contractor to help us with the design and the execution of our project in a timely manner as we were staying in a hotel. Yanis was professional and very helpful from day one we met him. We were able to move in less than nine weeks. Just had a bathoom remodel/addition completed by Yanis Remodeling and couldn't be happier. We had a complex job that required a relocation of our water heater and furnace plus the addition of a shower turning an existing 1/2 bath into a 3/4 bath. The contractors used were experts in their specialities and was apparent in their quality of work. Mohamed had great communication and made daily trips to our house to keep a pulse on the project that was completed on-time and on-budget. Highly recommended.
