Extremely slow and disorganized. Be prepared to spend around three hours here. Every time you ask about the delay, a different nurse or representative gives you a different wait time, so no one seems coordinated or on the same page. They even blamed the delay on the doctor being on lunch instead of giving a clear, honest update. Overall, they’re bad at taking care of patients’ time and comfort, making you wait for hours with no proper explanation and no credible ETA.

I have been here many times for their urgent care and regular medical appointments. The staff and doctors have excellent customer service skills and doctors are very kind and knowledgeable. I feel very fortunate to have this facility near my house. Thank you for all you do!

I had a very disappointing experience at the Kaiser pharmacy. I waited 50 minutes to pick up two medications, only to be told that one of them was out of stock. This was extremely frustrating, especially since I needed to start the medication that night. What’s worse is that I wasn’t informed earlier that it was unavailable, which would have allowed me to save time and make arrangements to get it from another pharmacy sooner. Instead, I was left scrambling to find an alternative location, which was farther away. I wish the staff had communicated this issue ahead of time, so I could have avoided the long wait and unnecessary stress. This experience makes me question the pharmacy’s organization and customer service. I hope Kaiser takes steps to improve communication with patients about medication availability to avoid similar situations in the future.

It would be excellent if Kaiser invested more in their pharmacy text system notifications to be acurate and in staffing the pharmacy at an acceptable level.

I've been with Kaiser Permanente for decades now and always received exceptional professional care with a smile. Jason at reception, Dr. Thuy Truong Le, and all the support staff are wonderful people who care about the patients they serve.

I arrived around 3:30 PM on a Friday afternoon for urgent care since I fell on my back and wanted to get some X-rays. The customer service was great starting from the receptionists and the nurse who did my intake. The only downside was waiting for the doctor to approve the order, and my "appointment" was set for 4:20 PM. I ended falling asleep in the waiting room. Finally, close to 5 PM, a lady told me to check-in again at reception for a wristband to be called in. I think there were some minor communication issues because she also tried to hand me a urine cup earlier, even though the test results were just being processed by the first nurse I saw. The other thing that irked me was that a random employee (I believe?), who tried waking me up, as if I wasn't allowed to nap. There were other patients that were also sleeping. Unless I was being called in, I felt it was unnecessary to shame someone for sleeping. The X-ray tech was extremely informative and wondered why I had to wait so long, but there were lots of people with appointments. The doctor was very calm, professional, and thorough. He also apologized about the wait time. He was very thorough Otherwise, I'm glad that my visit was taken care of within about 3 and a half hours. It is also pretty cold inside, so bring a jacket. Since it's warm outside, you'll feel the temperature difference when you're indoors.
