I was looking for a new nail salon a year or so ago when a friend introduced me to Kelly at Total Beauty By Claire. In the past when I had a gel manicure within a week or two the gel would peel off. It never lasted. Also, the top of my nails were being filed so much they were becoming very thin. After taking a break from getting my nails done, I finally made my way to this salon and I'm so glad I did. Every time Kelly does my nails it lasts for a month. The gel never peels or wears down. She does an awesome job and is always quick to get me in even if I don't call for an appointment, and even if I show up with my three daughters too. The salon also does a great job with waxing and pedicures. Thank you Kelly for always making sure our nails look beautiful!!!

Thank you Kelly for doing my ombre nails! i love it! Thank you for taking time finishing my nails eventhough i was in a hurry. My nails came out perfect and nice. I totally recommend this nail salon. Affordable price and friendly staff!

ladies... i went straight to my bank with proof right away & got my money back... don't let them get away with thinking they can treat you horribly or get away with a bad job..or in my case..making you leave before they're done because i was stuck there for almost 3 hours..until closing time..not my fault. get your $$ back or don't go at all.... i see things haven't changed:/

The worst customer service ever. I took my son for a hair cut here for over a year. Despite of horrible reviews here, I'm an immigrant myself, so I've tried to be understanding and patient for their lack of language and customer handling skills. Though they usually ignored us always as if we were invisible, I told my son to be understanding, saying their first language is not English. But today, we reached our limit; I called over 2 hours in advance to make an appointment at 4 PM for my son's hair cut. There were only two customers; one getting hair colored and the other getting toe nails done. Yet, not a single person greeted us or even looked at us. We sat there for 20 minutes and since nobody said a single word, I asked the manger, Kelly how much longer we had to wait. She suddenly said, "I called you and you never answered. I was going to ask you to come at 4:30 PM." I said very nicely that she could have told me when I walked in there, so I could have run errands for 30 minutes or leave, or come back later. Instead of sincerely apologizing, she just said, "I forgot. I called you and you didn't answer." and went back to her work. /First, I called over 2 hours in advance, then we should be the 4 PM customer, yet the hair stylist took another customer at 4, starting to do the hair coloring, which takes over 30 minutes. Both the manger and the hair stylist completely ignoring us as if we were nobody when in fact we were just bumped to the later time for no reason. Second, why do I have to answer my phone when there was nobody else at my appointment time? Whey does my son have to be just bumped to the later time? Third, if they made a mistake, they should tell me right away when I walked in, so I could choose NOT to waste my time with my son.( It was cats and dogs raining as well and I dragged my son on time to get the hair cut) Fourth, instead of giving me an attitude saying, "I forgot!", she should have sincerely apologized for ignoring us as if we were invisible. She only answered to my question when I asked how much longer we have to wait. If I didn't, we would have sat there forever until the hair coloring was over. Fifth, NO matter what the reason is, they have NO excuse to ignore customers always. It takes only 2 seconds to greet customers and say, "have a seat. We'll be right with you." But today is just a speechless case; nobody even lifted her head once to look at us when they had TWO customers in the entire shop./ Finally they lost understanding, patient customers. We're NEVER going back there anymore. They do NOT deserve our time and money.

I've been going to Tammy for quite sometime now and I just love her work. I won't go to anyone else. She always does a fantastic job and makes sure I leave happy. I would highly recommend her.

Today I went to have a manicure and pedicure. The minute I sat down both ladies came to work on me. One on my feet and the other on my hands. As soon as they started working on my feet and hands, the lady working on my hands said something in Vietnamese to the other lady, and the lady working on my feet looked up at me and responded in Vietnamese. I said to her what? Because she looked at me. She wouldn't tell me. They continued talking in Vietnamese even though I had already asked because it was very obvious that they were referring to me, buy touching their faces in certain areas. They must have noticed because The whole time I was there I was super uncomfortable and very upset. When I go to get a mani/pedi I like to relax and feel a peace. That was not the case here. This will be the last time I ever go there and don't recommend it to anyone who would like to be respected as a customer. At the end, as I paid, I asked to speak with the manager, to my surprise!, the woman that started the whole Vietnamese chat was the MANAGER !

This salon is by far the worst I've ever been to. I asked them for a simple hair cut, and told them not to cut my front layers too short. The lady cut them so short that the front of my hair looks like a mushroom hair cut! When she first showed me how short she was planning on cutting it, I immediately asked her not to cut my front strands any shorter than my shoulders. Instead she cut them so short that they barely reached my chin. She also oiled my hair when I had told her specifically not to do so. I was literally CRYING at the end of my hair cut because it looked so hideous. The lady who cut my hair looked at my puffy eyed face and told me that it was my fault for not being clearer with her. She literally did the two things I told her not to do to my hair! I cannot believe that she had the nerve to criticize me as I was crying in the mirror at my damaged hair. I still paid her out of common decency, and I told her that I was very upset by the rude way she addressed me. She still refused to take any responsibility for ruining my hair. I left the salon in tears. Never have I felt so disrespected before. Don't waste your money or your tears on this salon.
