Had bees coming in my fireplace. Received a quick call back and great advice on how to tell the difference between scouts and an actual swarm. Still offered to come out for service and verify themselves if I wanted, but educated me enough to realize the queen wasn't there yet and just wait for them to leave or the queen to arrive. Gave some tips on how to discourage them safely. When I've had actual swarms, they have done wonderful service!
