If you absolutely need a haircut, this place can get it done. However, there are some things to consider if you're going to risk your time and money at Sport Clips.
This will consider Sport Clips as a whole, but also the atrocious experience I had today. For context, I've paid for a haircut at a Sports Clips location 35x over the past few years between my son and I. I know this because I track my haircuts so I know when it's due.
1. Sport Clips encourages you to use their app to make a reservation. This feels like you've made an appointment. However, first thing the app tells you after you've done that is, "this is not an appointment." They aren't kidding. Which means, if you make a reservation and have an expectation that your time/stylist will be reserved for you, keep dreaming. You can make a reservation for 25 minutes from now, show up 15 minutes early, only to have your wait become 45 minutes, because they've taken a walk-in before you got there.
2. All that came to a head today when I booked my reservation and showed up 10 minutes early, only to have my wait time move from 9 minutes to 35 minutes. I wasn't happy about it, but I waited and waited. After the 35 minutes had passed, one staff member told me, "Hey you're up next with Ace. Three minutes later Ace walked over to me and said "I'm going on my lunch break, I can't cut your hair."
Rather than letting me know 20 minutes earlier that he couldn't take my appointment, that he'd be going on lunch. He let me sit there and wait pointlessly.
Not only was my reservation time not honored (which I low-key expect), but then my haircut was entirely sabotaged by an employee who could care less about my time or my relationship with Sport Clips, which appears to be over.
The icing on the cake is, Sport Clips texted me after I got home from NOT getting a haircut, "Sorry you couldn't make your appointment. Your check-in has been cancelled."

I always come here to get my haircut. Everytime I go to Tami and she knows exactly how I want my haircut. She does a fantastic job! She is always super friendly and is great to talk to. I always walk out with a smile knowing my hair looks super good again. I would definitely recommend others to go visit this location.

I just started going to this location in 2024 and love it. Rosie is one of the best and kindest stylists at this location. She always cuts my hair just the way I like and leaves me feeling confident and satisfied with my new hair cut. I would highly recommend getting your hair cut by Rosie if you are at this location.

This is the third time I've went here on a Sunday after 4 PM and it was between four and 4:20 PM. Every time they tell me they can't take any more haircuts and there were only two people in the place sitting waiting to get their hair done. I immediately went to Supercuts down the street who closes at 4 PM and it was 420 and asked them very nicely, and they had people there, and they took me in right away and made an exception. We all talk about customer service, I suggest everyone go to a different place as this place needs to be taught if they say, closing time is 5 PM. They should take people up to 5 PM.I suggest the district manager look into this place, as they're very snotty! I will not go back to this place!

I’m filing a complaint when I asked the lady I want the sides skin fade not bald bald I couldn’t have said anything she already had the razor started all the way up . This lady had white hair with glasses . I’m super dissapointed I usually go here to get my hair cut not coming here no more . I looked bad and ruined my day / plans to go out . But looking like this no . ??

Rarely ever see the same stylist around. Cuts are never consistent. Sometimes really good. Other times really bad. The vip is worth it if you have a good stylist who massages head good. Others just feel like they don't wanna be doing it.

They have a fantastic online booking system that tells you how long the wait is in real time and it's really easy to reserve a spot and show up with minimal wait times. They take debit and credit cards so that's nice too... Feels a little rushed and to be honest I am not sure they really listened to what I asked for.. maybe it's me... will try again since it's so easy. Hopefully I get the amount cut off I want next time and not what they think it should be.
