This is my neighborhood dry cleaner, so I'm committed to supporting it and making it succeed. That being the case, it was difficult initially. In early September, there were staffing problems. The first three times I went to the store, it was closed. The first two times were for local deliveries. The third time was on a Saturday. I thought I would go early, as soon as they opened, before they would go out on a delivery if one needed to be made. When I got there, it was closed.

Over 5 years of great service! Staff is extremely friendly and items are always done in a timely manner. Will continue to keep coming her and keep recommending this place. They get the job done!

Snappy Cleaners in Ladera Ranch is the best. Raj is incredible and provides first class, consistent, and thorough customer service. He knows me and my husband my name, has a clean shop, and delivers clean pressed clothes every single time.
