The SERVPRO team arrived promptly, covered everything, and cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day. They answered all questions clearly, and the owner was available to assist as needed. The staff was very professional, efficient, and friendly, completing the work quickly with great quality. When a pipe burst caused flooding in a garage, the team responded immediately with high-tech equipment to stop the leak and dry the area. They discovered that water had seeped into two bathrooms and the hallway, so they set up heaters and dryers to prevent mold. While some team members cut out drywall and managed water removal, others carefully packed and stored all garage items, which hadn't been touched since 1972. The garage was emptied and everything was neatly boxed, with details of each item's location and contents. It took two large trucks to transport everything to SERVPRO’s dry storage. The team was fast, professional, and considerate, even keeping a late-80s homeowner who is hard of hearing well-informed. Their thorough work impressed everyone, treating the home as if it was their own. They documented all damages with photos for the insurance claim, making the process easier. Once dry, they repaired drywall, replaced baseboards, and made everything look as before. They also returned the garage items and helped unload the boxes. Overall, SERVPRO of Mission Viejo is highly recommended for their quick action, extensive knowledge, and outstanding staff, turning a stressful situation into a positive experience.
